By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. Our goal is to provide a stress-free detailing experience, prioritizing the proper care of your vehicle while ensuring the highest level of professionalism and safety. Safety & Vehicle Condition We will not perform any service that could potentially harm or damage your vehicle. If your vehicle poses a potential health or safety risk (e.g., hazardous materials, mold, drugs, needles, gasoline spills), you must inform us prior to your appointment. Appointments & Scheduling As a mobile service, we strive to arrive on time but may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If payment is not made after the job is completed and satisfaction has been confirmed, we reserve the right to charge the full service amount to the card on file. Property & Equipment Policy We will not install or remove car seats or custom equipment, including but not limited to seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, or bumper stickers. If you would like these areas cleaned, please ensure they are removed before your appointment. Photography & Marketing By booking with us, you consent to photos and videos of your vehicle being taken during the detailing process. These may be used for marketing on our website or social media.
